Photographs: Terminally upside down

Earth > Japan > Chiba > Narita

Narita International Airport offers pretty good accommodations for the traveler who has to spend some layover time in Japan. Short of venturing into the city, the airport offers day rest areas with fully reclining lounge chairs, shower facilities, Internet access, restaurants, a play area for kids, and shopping.

My down time in Narita was only a few hours. Too short to head into the city. And too long to just sit and wait. So for a while I practiced doing handstands in the departure terminal. No one seemed to mind.
